Add a Workspace
How to add a workspace in ARK
1. Log in to ARK

Go to https://app.ark.example
-
Sign in using your company credentials
2. Navigate to Workspaces

From the left-hand sidebar, click Settings
-
Select Workspaces
-
Click ➕ Add Workspace
3. Enter Workspace Details
Fill in the required fields:

| Workspace Name | Ageiro – EMEA Ops |
| Workspace Owner | me@ageiro.global |
| Region | Europe (EU-West) |
| Environment | Production |
Tip: Choose the region closest to your primary users for better performance.
4. Configure Workspace Settings
Optional but recommended:

🔐 Enable SSO – For centralized authentication

👥 Default Role – Set new users as Member or Viewer

🔔 Notifications – Enable workspace-level alerts
5. Save and Create
Click Create Workspace.
You’ll see a confirmation message:
🎉 Workspace “Ageiro – EMEA Ops” has been successfully created.
👀 What Happens Next?
Once the workspace is created, you can:

Invite users to the workspace

Assign roles and permissions
-
Connect integrations (e.g. HubSpot, Slack, AWS)

Start tracking activity and usage
🛠 Troubleshooting
I don’t see the “Add Workspace” button

You may not have the correct permissions

Ask an Admin to grant you Workspace Owner access
Workspace creation failed
Try the following:

Refresh the page and try again

Check that all required fields are completed

Confirm the workspace name is unique
If the issue persists, contact ARK Support.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit a workspace after creating it?
Yes. Workspace name, owner, and settings can be updated at any time from Settings → Workspaces.
Is there a limit to how many workspaces I can create?
This depends on your ARK plan. Contact your account manager for details.
